Hello and Happy Friday!

First, we want to thank you again for supporting Flo Mask. It's been an incredibly long two years to get to this point. Having your support during our Pre-Order phase means the world to us!

Earlier this morning, our first 500 units of Flo Mask arrived. Per my previous update, our filters have been sitting in the warehouse for two weeks. We basically have our Flo Mask product ready to ship. Unfortunately, our packaging vendor is running into a little bit of the holiday rush, so we're encountering a two week delay.

Knowing that some of you may be traveling or flying with the holidays coming up, I'd like to offer two options:

1. We will gladly ship your order out next week, but it won't be packaged in the beautiful box you see in the image. We'll definitely ensure it remains clean and protected during shipment. I can also email a digital version of our user manual.

2. We can hold your order until packaging arrives, kit them, and ship immediately, likely during the week of Christmas.

Please kindly respond to this email if you'd like your order now and we'll coordinate to ship it out next week.
